DAY 2 :: Stroll In The Park For Kids Who Bark

As Day 2 unfolded, I was happy to head out on the trail as the sun was beginning to shine. My favourite time to walk is first thing in the morning when it's still fresh and not too warm. It's also a perfect time to listen to motivational messages by some of my favourite leaders including John Maxwell, Rick Warren, and Jen Wilkin. So, today as I absorbed some inspirational words, I added 11 kilometers to the logs. It's early going, but I'm kind of excited because I'm already well ahead of last year's totals and I'm looking forward to smashing all my previous records!

For this final year, I will be personally donating $1.00 per kilometer for every kilometer I walk in the month of September (in support of pet rescue) and I invite you to show your support by sponsoring me either by cents/kilometer or in a lump sum.
