The Colours Are Coming

While my favourite season is Spring, this is the part of Fall I love; the changing colours. And even though the trees seem to be slow to start their hibernation process, the wildflowers (or weeds if you're of that mindset) are displaying their vivid colours in abundance. As I walk through the trails, I am constantly on the lookout for photo opportunities.

Today was yet another brilliantly sunny day, lending itself perfectly to studying the blooms along the trail while I walked. Officially, another 9 kilometers were added to the SITPFKWB 2021 log book. Yay!

With the first half of the SITPFKWB 2021 campaign now in the books, I will be focusing hard on logging the most kilometers I am able. And, while donations have been trickling in slowly and I am truly grateful to all those who have already pledged their support. As ever, I will be personally donating .50 cents per kilometer for every kilometer I walk in the month of September (in support of pet rescue) and I invite folks to show their support by sponsoring me either by cents-per-kilometer or in a lump sum.
