Day 30 :: Stroll In The Park For Kids Who Bark

Done! Completed! Finished! I have successfully completed another year of Stroll In The Park For Kids Who Bark (in support of Animalert) adding 14.25 kilometers at Springbank Park this morning and another 2.5 kilometers in Pinafore Park this afternoon. I can report that I have surpassed last year’s total of 250.5, ending the month with a total of 254.75 kilometers

I want to extend a special thanks to my walking buddy, Shari McNeill, who logged many a kilometer with me (not just during September but the rest of the year too) and has pledged to match my donation of .50 cents for every kilometer I logged.

I am extremely excited to prepare a final tally as I know it has exceeded last year’s total, but by how much I’m not just sure. A Stroll In The Park For Kids Who Bark summary will follow in the next days sharing all the final totals but for tonight, I'm just ready to crash.

It's been a great month and even though this year's fundraiser is officially over, no matter where I go, I'll continue to STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK!!!
