Back to summer it seems, but a very pleasant morning for today’s Stroll In The Park For Kids Who Bark. And, back as well, to my beloved Springbank Park where I logged 14.5 kilometers.

It was a nice surprise to meet up with some fur-kid friends, a pair of handsome Schnauzer boys named Max and Milo, I had met earlier this summer and a pair of new friends, sweet Cairn Terriers named Eddie and Jagger.

During my month-long fundraising challenge, I will be personally donating .50 cents per kilometer for every kilometer I walk in the month of September, I invite folks to show their support by sponsoring me either by cents/kilometer or in a lump sum. For added convenience, I have created a GoFundMe account (for my American and International family and friends), but for my local supporters I am happy to accept cheques (made payable to Animalert), bank e-transfer, and cash.

In conjunction with SITPFKWB I will be hosting Stroll-Along –Sunday taking place on September 27th from 1 to 3:00 at Springbank Park Picnic Area L. We hope you and your fur-kids will come out and join us for an afternoon of fun, refreshments, and oh ya, a Stroll In The Park For Kids Who Bark! To register, e-mail me or you can find all the details on my website.

I’m looking forward to another productive day tomorrow as I STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK!!!
