Muggy!! Boy-oh-boy, that was truly a sloppy trek!! Fog was so thick this morning that even in the park, visibility was pretty limited. It was a successful morning however, and I logged a total of 11.75 kilometers. That brings my overall total up to 31 kilometers.

As the sun started to peek through, a wonderful world of striking images emerged. [Visit my Facebook page for the complete photo gallery of todays shots.]

I met up with some new friends who also share the trail every day and stopped to accept a very generous $20.00 donation from them! Thanks so much Dennis and Jill!

In addition to personally donating .50 cents per kilometer for every kilometer I walk in the month of September, I invite folks to show their support by sponsoring me either by cents/kilometer or in a lump sum. For added convenience, I have created a GoFundMe ** account (for my American and International family and friends), but for my local supporters I am happy to accept cheques (made payable to Animalert), bank transfer via e-mail, and cash.
The ball is really starting to “roll” now and I’m excited for tomorrow as once again I will STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK!!!
**Please note that it is not possible to provide tax receipts for any donations made through the GFM website.
