With such a marvelous SITPFKWB day today, it's hard to understand why but it was a "down" day for me today. I guess I'm just in a bit of a funk, but I just didn't feel happy. That is, until my darling joined me tonight for my stroll. We logged 7 kilometers...not much...but some and enjoyed the scenes of this beautiful Fall day. Julie Atchison of CTV London News was doing her broadcast from the Park and I thanked her very much for such a beautiful forecast! LOL

Sunday should be a fabulous day, and even if you haven't registered and are unable to raise any donations, please consider this your invitation to join us for Stroll-Along-Sunday from 2-4:00 p.m. in Springbank Park, Picnic Area L. I'm inching ever closer to my goal of 250 kilometers and will be out trekking over the weekend to log as many as possible while I STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK!!!
