DAY 19 :: STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK (in support of Animalert)
Logged a great day today! 16 kilometers was the total. I was hoping for 20 but there just aren't enough hours in the day!
It was a frosty morning when I set out at only 4°C (or about 39° F for my American friends and family) and for the first while I was wishing I had my ear muffs and gloves! But, as I got moving along and the sun came out, it ended on a very pleasant and warm note!
I'm also pleased at the number of donations that have been coming in and I'm so grateful for the support of so many family, friends, and acquaintances.
There are just 11 days to go in this year's endeavour and I'm confident that I will beat my total of 241 kilometers from last year. So, once again tomorrow I will STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK!!!
