Wednesday was a quiet day. Some late nights and very, very early mornings (4:15 a.m.) are catching up with me; thus my reason for missing the posting "deadline" last night. 4 kilometers as all I could manage last night.

I can't remember when I've had such a full plate - not even last Christmas (LOL) - with how much I seem to have on the go right now. I can now relate to that juggler in the circus....

Plans are underway for Stroll-Along-Sunday but I'm really hoping to hear from more of my friends. Sunday afternoon, September 28th from 2 - 4:00 p.m. in Springbank Park, Picnic Area L will be the scene for the first ever Stroll-Along-Sunday.

At just over the 1/2 way point, I can say that I'm on target to better my total of last year. And, I'm on target to set a new weekly record, bettering my total of 61 kilometers which I set the second week of last year's Stroll.

I invite you to support me by sponsoring me in either cents per kilometer (even just .02 cents will help boost our totals) or in a lump sum. Cheques should be made payable to Animalert (e-mail me at StrollingForFurKids@gmail.com for mailing instructions) or you can make an Electronic Funds Transfer to the same e-mail address.

No matter how much or how little you're able to spare, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support while I STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK!!!
