DAY 16 :: STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK (in support ofAnimalert)

Ah, the beauty of late summer! It was a perfect evening to log some kilometers tonight; 10 to be exact.

The park was filled with strollers out enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the park with its turning leaves and the beautiful late summer sun streaming on the Thames. Joggers, roller-bladers, cyclists, and lots of baby strollers lined the pathways and many had their fur-kid in tow. Below is adorable little Bentley, the Yorkshire Terrier.

The late summer sunshine was cascading along a lazy Thames and the ducks and geese were settling in for the night.

I should sleep soundly tonight after such a lovely brisk walk and I'll be dreaming of how many more kilometers I can log this week as I STROLL IN THE PARK FOR KIDS WHO BARK!!!
